When can I join?

• Any time until all slots are filled!
• Note: SIGNUPS CLOSE ON THE 25TH EVERY MONTH @ 11:59PM EST. For example, if you subscribe on November 25th, you will get November's goodies. But if you subscribe on November 26th, you will get December's goodies.
• Make sure to sign up for email notifications so you don't miss out!

When are monthly mails shipped out?

• Monthly mails are sent on the 26th of every month
• Note: Because monthly mails are shipped near the end of the month, it is normal for your 2nd billing to occur before you receive your first mail - but rest assured you will receive all the mails you've signed up for!

When will my mail arrive?

• Members in Germany: within 1 week since shipment
• Members Worldwide: anywhere from 2-4 weeks since shipment (please wait patiently and contact me if it's been 4+ weeks since the shipping notification and you still haven't received your mail)

NO TRACKING

• All wonderlust mails will be sent via snail mail/stamps to keep our membership low, therefore no tracking
• Note:  If your address is incorrect and your mail gets lost, there will be a small fee for a resend. Therefore, please make sure your address is correct - if it's not, please email me as soon as possible so I can update your address info

MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

• You can pause, resume or cancel your subscription anytime.
• Note: When you paused but want to resume for a specific edition, please make sure to resume before your billing date, otherwise the system will skip that edition for you.
  
• All you have to do is Log in and manage your subscription!
